At WhataBox, we take the security of our customers very seriously. Our store is a brand of Grupo Comercial Whata S.A. de C.V., a company legally established in Mexico City since May 10th, 2006 before a public notary.

With more than a decade of experience providing technology solutions and online commerce, we implement reliable payment platforms and processes designed to protect your information and ensure secure transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit or Debit Card via Stripe
    We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, a global payment platform that complies with the highest security and encryption standards.
  • Payments via MercadoPago
    You can pay using credit or debit cards through MercadoPago. With participating cards, you may access 3 interest-free monthly installments. Additional payment plans of 6, 9, 12, 18, and 24 months are also available with fees defined by MercadoPago.
  • Bank Deposit or Wire Transfer
    Customers may also pay via bank deposit or transfer to our Santander Bank account under the name Grupo Comercial Whata S.A. de C.V..

For bank deposits or transfers, merchandise will be shipped only after our bank confirms that the payment has been fully cleared.

Invoicing

If you require a Mexican electronic tax invoice (CFDI), you may request it before completing your payment. Please contact one of our customer service agents who will assist you with the invoicing process.

For bank deposits or transfers, we can issue a CFDI invoice under the PPD method (Payment in Installments or Deferred Payment) upon request.

  • WhataBox does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on our platform.
